All adults (18 years of age and older) who have not previously held a license in Connecticut or any other State, must take a mandatory 8hour Safe Driving Course, prior to receiving a Connecticut Driver’s License. Tom’s Driving School offers this 8hour course online only. Classroom instruction will begin once student is registers and payment is made. The cost is $130.00. This 8hour course consist of rules and regulations, road signs and markings, vehicle control, IPDE, and alcohol and drugs. Personal g-mail account is preferred.
